Hi, my name is Chakira Heredia, and I have been in the Real Estate industry since early 2000 with a diverse background in the Real Estate market. As a Real Estate Agent in a real estate investment and development group, I have been responsible for overall leadership, growth, direction, cash management and strategic planning for several real estate projects. My experience includes developing market studies with local, state, and federal planning organizations to ensure finding the best use for a property. I recognize and value the trust my clients have placed in me, and I strive every day to exceed their expectations. As a proud member of Century 21 Black Bear Real Estate family, I have learned and gained so much experience. I have a great appreciation and understanding for the area’s diversity, culture, and have extensive knowledge of the community and surrounding areas. As an added benefit, I am very fluent in the Spanish language, as it helps me excel in matching people with the right property.

I have a desire for learning, as I am always continuing my education.
