Growing up in Hayesville, North Carolina, I developed a strong appreciation for the beautiful landscapes and tight-knit communities that define our region. Currently residing in Hiawassee, Ga, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing the growth and transformation of both areas over the years. With 25 years of experience as a realtor, I have cultivated extensive market knowledge that allows me to effectively serve clients, looking to buy or sell properties, in North Georgia, and Western North Carolina. 

As a resident of the area for 56 years, I have a deep understanding of the local real estate market, trends, and the unique characteristics that make each community special. My long-standing connection to the region, not only enhances my professional insights, but also allows me to build genuine relationships with my clients, guiding them through the often-complex process of real estate transactions.

I have been happily married to my wife Bobbie, for 33 wonderful years. Together, we have raised two daughters, Lauren, and Joni, who have enriched our lives in countless ways. Family is incredibly important to me, and I cherish the time we spend together.
