About Heather Nichols - REALTOR®

After attending Young Harris College, I found myself coming back to call the mountains home in 1996. Being here is like being on vacation all the time, and it is my pleasure to share the beauty and culture of the mountains with those seeking property here. 

As an educator for 28 years, I have a strong set of skills in relationships, communication, organization, and time management. This transition continues to be a platform for these skills in real estate. Licensed in both Georgia and North Carolina, I match buyers and sellers in the Northeast Georgia, and Western Carolina Mountain market. 

I am married to the Towns County Parks and Rec Director, Stuart Nichols, who is a native of Towns County. We attend Mount Pleasant Church of God as active members of the Praise and Worship team. I have two sons, Hunter, and Kolby Moss, one daughter-in-law, Kaylee, and three stepdaughters: Sierra, Cadence, and Trinity, as well as two grandchildren, Oaklyn and Salem.
