A 6th-generation native of Clay County, Michael Anderson, holds a BSBA in Finance from Western Carolina University. With extensive experience as a General Contractor in North Carolina and Georgia, and a former NC Certified Real Estate Appraiser (1993-2018), Michael has also excelled as a Real Estate Broker in both NC and GA. Notable achievements include commercial lending with Farm Credit, serving his community as Clay County Manager, numerous local government boards, and being recognized as a top-selling agent and life member of the 6 Million Dollar Club, earning the Century 21 Master Diamond Award. Married for 23 years with two sons—one a Carson-Newman University graduate and the other a current Western Carolina University student—Michael enjoys fishing, hunting, golf, motorcycles, and travel.
