About Paul Bundy - REALTOR®

Paul Bundy has an extensive background in business and working with people. In 2005, Paul joined a real estate team selling homes in a 72-lot subdivision in central Florida. The subdivision was a huge success with 68 homes selling within 9 months of opening. 

Paul and wife, Nancy, moved to Hiawassee, GA in 2006. He was active in the local real estate market until May 2015, when he became Qualifying Broker and Broker-In-Charge of Century 21 Scenic Realty. The name was changed to Century 21 Black Bear Realty in 2018 to align more with the North Georgia and Western North Carolina mountainous area. Paul currently works with 23 affiliated agents, reviewing their contracts and documentation.
