“Hello from the Mountains!”

My name is Teresa Newell and I’m a licensed real estate agent, practicing in the North Georgia and Western NC. areas.

I have lived in this area for 24 years, as a realtor and worked for 11 years in the business in Cumming, Ga. prior to that.

My family and I moved to Hayesville, NC and built a home on Lake Chatuge, we lived there from 2000-2015. I now reside in Young Harris, Georgia. I love boating on beautiful Lake Chatuge with the majestic mountains as the backdrop. The scenery is breathtaking!

My work allows me to meet so many different people with so many different real estate needs. It is like a Jigsaw puzzle putting all the pieces together to find the right fit for each customer, whether it is an estate home on the lake, mountain top, or an unrestricted lot to park a camper. The variety makes my life more interesting and enjoyable.

This is my only job. I get to drive by all God’s beautiful handy work every day!
