- After determining an offer price, we prepare a written offer and present it to the seller.
- We will negotiate the offer until an agreement is made or you move on to another property.
- Once we reach an agreement - the Inspection begin including the Appraisal.
Closing Attorney's Statement & Closing
Once a closing attorney is selected we will confirm they have your contact information and received a copy of the closing statement.
